By accessing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the site or place an order.

Aurèna Jewels is a single-brand flagship store — we design, produce, and sell our own jewelry directly. There are no third-party sellers, no consigned inventory, and no marketplace listings on this site; every purchase is a direct sale from Aurèna Jewels to you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that's older, and capable of entering into a binding contract, to create an account or place an order. If you're placing an order as a gift for someone under that age, the order and these terms remain your responsibility.

The information you give us when creating an account should be accurate and kept up to date — this matters more than usual here, since we ship high-value goods to the address on file. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can view, correct, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for how an account deletion request is handled.

We describe materials, gemstones, and dimensions as accurately as we can, and we display the exact 4 Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat weight) and metal purity for every piece where they apply — never omitted or implied.

Prices are authored in US Dollars and shown to you in the currency you select, converted at a current exchange rate for your convenience; the converted figure is indicative until checkout, where the exact amount and currency you'll actually be charged is shown clearly before you pay.

If we discover a pricing or description error before a made-to-order piece goes into production, we'll contact you before proceeding rather than produce or ship something priced or described incorrectly, and you may cancel with a full refund if you'd rather not proceed at the corrected price.

Because many pieces are made to order or held in limited quantity, availability shown when you add an item to your bag isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed — we'll tell you promptly, and refund you in full, if a piece becomes unavailable after you've paid.

Where a piece features a diamond, we state plainly whether it's natural or laboratory-grown — a laboratory-grown diamond is never described using words like 'natural,' 'real,' 'genuine,' or similar, and is always identified as laboratory-grown or laboratory-created.

Carat weight, cut, color, and clarity grades are stated according to standard industry grading terminology. Metal purity (for example, 18K gold or platinum) is stated accurately and marked as such wherever the piece itself carries a hallmark.

Where you choose a metal, gemstone, size, or engraving through the configurator, your piece is produced to that exact specification once your order is confirmed and paid for — please check every selection carefully before completing checkout, as production begins from that specification.

You're responsible for the accuracy of any engraving text you submit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an engraving request that's obscene, unlawful, or infringes someone else's rights, with a full refund if we do.

Return eligibility for made-to-order and engraved pieces is different from ready-to-ship stock — see our Shipping & Returns page for the current policy, which forms part of these terms.

Payment is collected directly by our payment processor — Razorpay for India-based payment methods, and Stripe (once activated) for other regions. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank account details; only a reference token from that transaction.

The amount charged is always the amount we independently compute from your order at the time you submit it — we never trust a price submitted from your browser, which protects both you and us from a tampered or stale price reaching checkout.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, a genuine pricing or inventory error, or where a piece can't be produced as configured — and will notify you and refund any payment already collected if we do.

We ship every order fully insured for its value, with signature required on delivery. Full detail on delivery timelines, international customs and duties, and carrier information lives on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the address on file and signed for; before that point, it's ours.

Our current return window, and the different eligibility rules for made-to-order and engraved pieces, are stated in full on our Shipping & Returns page — see that page rather than this one for exact timeframes, since it's kept current there. Nothing in this section limits any return, refund, or cancellation right you have under consumer protection law that applies to you and can't be waived by these terms.

We stand behind the materials and workmanship of every piece we make. If you believe a piece has a manufacturing defect, contact us — we'll look into it and make it right. This is in addition to, and doesn't limit, any statutory warranty or consumer-guarantee rights you have under the law that applies to you, which these terms don't and can't exclude.

Normal wear, damage from an accident or misuse, and alterations made by anyone other than Aurèna Jewels aren't covered.

You agree not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the site beyond ordinary browsing, attempt to circumvent our rate limits or security controls, place a fraudulent order, or use content from this site to build or supply a competing catalog or price database.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section.

The Aurèna Jewels name, logo, and marks, and all site content — photography, product descriptions, and design — belong to Aurèna Jewels or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Nothing here transfers ownership of a piece's design to you when you buy it; you own the physical piece, not the right to reproduce its design.

This site may link to or embed services we don't control, including our payment processors' own checkout pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

This site and its content are provided as available, without warranties beyond what is stated in Warranties above and what the law that applies to you requires. To the fullest extent the law allows, Aurèna Jewels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in this section limits liability that can't be limited under the law that applies to you — including your statutory consumer rights — or excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to cover any loss, cost, or claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent the law that applies to you allows this.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, consistent with our home market and place of business, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where your local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own local courts, which these terms don’t override.

We're not responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by something reasonably outside our control — including a natural disaster, war, labor action, or a failure of a carrier or payment processor we rely on — beyond using reasonable efforts to work around it and keep you informed.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns page, are the entire agreement between you and Aurèna Jewels regarding your use of the site.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms if we reorganize or sell the business; you may not transfer yours without our consent.

We will post any changes to these terms on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the site or placing a new order after a change means you accept the updated terms; an order already placed is governed by the terms in effect when you placed it.
